00:00Let's update on the typhoon Marse that is expected to landfall later in the afternoon in some parts of Northern Luzon.

00:16Where is Marse in these moments?

00:20At the moment, the last sighting of the typhoon Marse is at 115 km east of Apari, Cagayan.

00:27It will have a strong wind of 175 km per hour near the center and a gust of up to 215 km per hour.

00:36It is still slow to move west-north-westward at a speed of only 10 km per hour.

00:42This is its peak intensity before it lands, 175 km per hour.

00:48We expect that it will reach Santa Ana, Cagayan by 2 to 5 pm, Eric.

00:56So, that is where it will land in Santa Ana?

01:00That is the projected landfall area.

01:02If it does not reach Santa Ana, it will likely land here in Bubuyan Islands by late afternoon or evening.

01:12Will the typhoon be stronger?

01:15This 175 km per hour that is strong now, this is our estimated peak intensity before it lands.

01:24In the areas that are included in the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4,

01:28how strong is the expected rain and wind there?

01:33In the Wind Signal No. 4, we expect that the northern portion of Cagayan will receive 118 to 184 km per hour,

01:45including here in Bubuyan Islands, the northern portion of Apayao, and the northern portion of Ilocos Norte.

01:52Meanwhile, there will be no intense to torrential rain.

01:56That will be a bit stronger.

01:58That is why we are advising our countrymen there, if they are not safe,
