00:00The real thing for college football tonight is the first college football playoff rankings
00:09get released.
00:10Always, of course, in November, this begins, we can stop worrying about the Dopey AP poll
00:16and start focusing on the Crack Crab and Lobster Committee, and they will give out their first
00:21numbers tonight.
00:22Now, this is, of course, a big change this year because we have 12 teams instead of four
00:29that they are going to give us in their college football playoff rankings.
00:33These are the teams, Scotty, with the best chance to make the playoff right now, according
00:39to the computers and the charts and graphs, Oregon, Georgia, Miami, Ohio State, Indiana,
00:45Texas, Penn State, and Tennessee.
00:48They have the highest, they got Indiana there at 86% chance to make the college football
00:55playoff with, what, three games left to go in their season, an 86% chance to make it.
01:02Mike, who do you like?
01:04Give me 12 teams that make it right now.
01:07Well, look, I think that half the field is kind of set, and you'll see that tonight.
01:15I think Oregon and Georgia and Ohio State, I think Miami too, because I don't think Miami
01:21is going to lose any of these regular season games.
01:25If they lost the ACC title game, I think they'd still get in.
01:28So I think Miami's going to be there.
01:31I think it starts getting dicey.
01:34I think Notre Dame's got an easy enough schedule where they should be there.
01:37Is BYU going to go undefeated?
01:39Maybe.
01:40I don't think they're going.
01:43I think Indiana's getting in.
01:45I do too.
01:46They've got to lose close to Ohio State.
01:48They can't lose by 50, but if Indiana plays Ohio State close, they're going to get in.
01:53They're going to be like 50 to Ohio State.
