00:15I am Jerry Abanilla.
00:17We are a catering provider.
00:19We provide affordable and nutritious food.
00:23What is your profession?
00:28I am a chef by profession.
00:30This has been my environment since I was 17 years old.
00:37I am from Laillas, San Juan, Batangas.
00:42This is where my journey began.
00:44I would wash dishes.
00:46Then I asked my boss to allow me to study at night.
00:50I completed my Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management for 4 years.
00:56After 4 years, I did not leave my boss.
01:00I asked my boss to allow me to leave
01:04because I needed to earn more.
01:07I needed help.
01:09They did not hesitate to allow me to leave.
01:14I did a cruise ship.
01:15After I completed my 3 years contract,
01:19I told myself that I will go to Canada.
01:23The business started in 2009.
01:26This was my plan B.
01:28While waiting for my application in Canada,
01:31I answered all my prayers.
01:35The moment I left for Canada,
01:37this was awarded to me.
01:39I decided to settle down.
01:41I came from a cruise from Darangka.
01:44I went through everything up to the highest level of the organization.
01:48That is the advantage of setting up your business.
01:52As the saying goes, even if you sleep or close your eyes,
01:55you know how to do your business.
01:57Since I was only helped by other people,
02:01I am now at the stage of returning the favor.
02:06It is so nice to get back the help that other people gave you.
02:12This is the program that we will launch,

02:16This means that we will teach you how to make coffee.
02:21In the afternoon, we will do the most important part.

02:37After the training, we will have a 3-day immersion program
