00:00At this point, let's talk about the update on the programs of the current administration here in Mr. President on the go.

00:22First of all, fellow countrymen, as a reminder to the victims of the Christine earthquake,

00:29President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. inaugurated November 4, today, as National Day of Mourning or Day of Remembrance to the victims of the Christine earthquake.

00:41Proclamation No. 728 was passed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin this October 30.

00:48The President also urged all Filipinos to pray for the victims affected by the calamity.

00:57According to the report of the National Disaster Risk Commission and Management Council as of October 30,

01:03more than 139 people were affected and more than 1 million families or more than 7 million individuals.

01:13According to the flag, Heraldic Code of the Philippines,

01:16it was ordered to half-mask the flag of the Philippines to all government buildings and installations throughout the country on this day.

01:24These were also the ones who caused the big quakes in the sector of agriculture, infrastructure, and properties.

01:32Based on the latest report issued by the Department of Agriculture, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Operations Center on November 2,

01:38the value of the flag increased to Php 5.75 billion in various industries such as rice, corn, high-value crops,

01:47fisheries, poultry, machinery, and agricultural infrastructure.

01:51And as the President said,

01:53again, he urged everyone to pray for the victims of the Christine earthquake.
