00:26with the victims of Hurricane Christine

00:30where he attended the mass in Talisay, Batangas.

00:36Talisay is one of the most significant experiences of Hurricane Christine

00:40that not only left a mark on the lives and property of the people there

00:43but also recorded many casualties in the landslide caused by the storm.

00:49Until now, Hurricane Christine left a mark in Barangay Sampaloc

00:53where President R. Marcos intended to go,

00:56a particular place called Ground Zero in our barangay.

01:00The mass was also part of the declared National Day of Mourning

01:04where several members of the Cabinet were present with the President.

01:08From Barangay Sampaloc, the President immediately headed to the municipality of Talisay

01:12where he asked for partial assistance in the affected areas.

03:28support, and protection of LGUs in the calamities.

03:31In NIA, DOE, DINR, and MWSS,

03:35slowly drain the water from the dams before the storms arrive.

03:39Meanwhile, in NDRRMC,

03:42the protocols to support the calamities are being investigated

03:45to quickly provide assistance to the affected communities.

03:49The President's order to DPWH is to improve the design of the protection in the release disk

03:54for the roads and bridges to adapt to the changing climate conditions

03:59and the construction of the Taal Lake Circumferential Road

04:02and other infrastructure projects will be completed on time.
