00:00The Department of Public Works and Highways, or DPWH, has prepositioned manpower and equipment
00:06in Ilocos Region and Cagayan Valley to prepare for potential impacts from Super Typhoon León.
00:12Based on the information gathered by the PNA, DPWH Assistant Regional Director Matthias Malenab
00:18stated their manpower composed of engineers, foremen, as well as light and heavy equipment
00:23and motor vehicles have been deployed.
00:26Meanwhile, in Region 2, Assistant Regional Director Editha Babaran said more than 43 personnel
00:33along with 11 heavy equipment, 2 motor vehicles and 12 light equipment are on standby.
