00:15The rainfall in Surigao City and other parts of the province of Surigao del Norte is not too strong,

00:24Surigao del Norte PDRRMC Operations Head Gilbert Gonzalez wrote

00:29that there is a collapsed footbridge in Barangay San Juan, Surigao City.

00:33There are families trapped, so they removed it to avoid flooding.

00:38Zero landslide, but there is a slight flood in low-lying areas.

00:42Brownouts were experienced in several places yesterday afternoon,

00:45after the power line was cut off and there were landslides due to strong winds.

00:52But the power supply was returned last night before 10 p.m.

00:56The PDRRMC Surigao continues to monitor and is ready to respond if there is an emergency.

01:03According to Gonzalez, more than 30 families have already evacuated from Surigao City and other towns.

01:10Meanwhile, the people of PPA-PMO Surigao are also strictly monitoring in various parts of the province.
