00:37in a sectoral meeting in Malacanang earlier.

00:49with evacuation sites and possible sleeping places.

00:53DILG Secretary John V. Cremulia recommended to the local governments

00:59to suspend classes in all levels throughout Luzon today until tomorrow, October 23.

01:07The most affected areas are in the 30-million population.

01:12While in 18,000 barangays, it is possible to drown in the flood

01:17and experience the earthquake.

01:21All units have been mobilized.

01:23All local government units have been informed.
