00:00The National Council on Disability Affairs clarified the 20% discount benefit that persons with disabilities can use, especially for their expenses.
00:13According to NCDA Executive Director Glenda Relova,
00:17the BWD 20% discount is exclusive to persons with disabilities and exempted from 12% value-added tax.
