सनातन धर्म बोर्ड के गठन की मांग पर आंध्र प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री पवन कल्याण पर छत्तीसगढ़ के पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम टीएस सिंहदेव ने तंज कसा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह थोड़ा हास्यात्मक लगता है कि सनातन धर्म की रक्षा के लिए हमें बोर्ड की आवश्यकता पड़े। हमारे समाज में जहां शंकराचार्य की पीठ है, जहां अन्य धर्मगुरु हैं, यह उनका कार्यक्षेत्र है। यह सार्वजनिक जनप्रतिनिधियों के कार्यक्षेत्र की बात नहीं है। उन्होंने सवाल खड़े किए कि क्या एक बोर्ड बनने से धर्म की रक्षा कर सकेंगे? क्या हिंदू धर्म को बोर्ड की जरूरत है?
