Chief Election Commissioner ने Exit Polls को लेकर कही बड़ी बात
दिल्ली: चुनाव आयोग ने मंगलवार को झारखंड और महाराष्ट्र की चुनावी तारीखों का ऐलान कर दिया। इस दौरान मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त राजीव कुमार ने एग्जिट पोल्स से जुड़े सवालों पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि एग्जिट पोल्स के आने की वजह से, एग्जिट पोल्स के अपेक्षाएं बनाने की वजह से एक बहुत बड़ा डिस्टोर्शन पैदा हो रहा है। ये एक आत्मचिंतन और आत्ममंथन का भी विषय है प्रेस के लिए, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के लिए। पिछले कुछ चुनावों से दो तीन चीजें एकसाथ हो रही हैं, पहले एक एग्जिट पोल आता है हम उसको गवर्न नहीं करते लेकिन एक खुद के आत्मचिंतन की जरूरत जरूर है कि उसका सैंपल साइज क्या था, उसका सर्वे कहां हुआ, उसका रिजल्ट कैसे आया। अगर मैंने उस रिजल्ट से मैच नहीं किया तो मेरी क्या जिम्मेदारी है, ये सब देखने की जरूरत है बहुत सख्त। इसमें जो रेगुलेटरी संस्थाएं हैं उन्हें सेल्फ रेगुलेशन के नियम बनाने की जरूरत है।
