00:26drink next door or some customer come here for dinner about eight o'clock so they go early they

00:32go to the pub have couple of drinks then come here so uh we kind of like a both place is

00:38work together really good so when they wanted to sell the business I was thinking that might

00:46affect the business here because we don't know who's coming and it's really good business it's

00:51got fantastic garden and our customer loves the place so I was thinking if we keep it together

00:58that will help us the business and all the customer was saying they loved both place they

01:05love going there for drink then come here for dinner and obviously you saw the parking facilities

01:11next door we got big car park so we can use the car park facilities as well so overall thinking

01:17we thought it's winning situation we're not losing anything but it's better option for us and we took it
