04:21We found in Civitavecchia a site that could easily be converted into a shipyard to meet the needs we had,
04:33which was to build the hulls and superstructures pre-arranged for our boats, so as not to undermine this activity in different geographic areas of Italy.

04:55The collaboration between the Port Authority and Tankoa Yacht promises to transform the area into a hub for refitting and revamping of boats,

05:10relaunching the local nautical industry and opening new opportunities for the future of the port of Civitavecchia.
05:17The recent launch of the works for the opening of the ante-mural in the south and the start of the development of the yachting marina in Civitavecchia,

16:06We believe that there must be a comparison,
16:10we say it also in view of the increasingly
16:13increased use of artificial intelligence,
16:15which impacts with a sphere of privacy
16:19and reserve of people.
16:21We say it because we are aware
16:24that this is probably a very virtuous process
16:28that can increase the quality of life
16:31and the quality of services,
16:33but there must be the possibility
16:35of flowing these services to the bottom.
16:38We say it in a country where there is a constitution
16:41where, let's say, protections and rights
16:43are predominantly rights and universal protections,
16:46where we talk about equal opportunities
16:49and the feeling that we feel
16:52is that often, let's say,
16:54all rights are attached to a flag
16:56and therefore also the need to confront
17:01to design systems that provide the possibility
17:06of intervening if an error is made.
17:08But I don't say it just thinking, let's say,
17:10in the sphere of patronage,
17:12but I also say it thinking in the sphere of citizens,
17:15it must be an option that probably
17:17to this day is not contemplated.
17:19And the patrons ask more attention to the legislator
17:22to better exercise their role
17:24and support the citizens.
17:26Another element that then encroaches
17:29the system of patrons
17:31is that of the need to, how to say,
17:35put in parallel the digitization
17:38born in the country with this system,
17:40which is the only proximity system,
17:43among other things, guaranteed by our Constitution,
17:47paid by the State,
17:49which obviously needs a reform,
17:52let's say, thinking of Law 152,
17:56which is the law that regulates our sector,
17:59a law that shows all its years,
18:03because it was imagined and born
18:06at a time when the digital era was at its beginning
18:10and therefore a norm thought on paper
18:14that today necessarily should be adequate
18:17to what are the new dynamics
18:20and digital transition processes.
