02:10We want to prevent these brains from emigrating to the North and, worse, to the West.
02:20We want to leave them in their homes, in their homes, in their families, but at the same time, with the technologies that we have today,
02:28we can work remotely, we are connected in all cities around the world, we can carry out a project in connection from here, from Milan, from India, in the Emirates.
02:40So, how to say, we put technology to use, but that gives back to the territory.
02:46For the rector of the University of Catania, Francesco Priolo, the bet is on young people and on the human capital they represent.
02:53A fundamental bet, because Ateneo intends to aim at increasing the number of young people with correct technical-scientific skills.
03:01This is an opportunity, together with many others, and I have to say that in this territory,
03:10the birth and flourishing of companies that intend to invest is really an excellent sign
03:17and the University will certainly be ready to have all young people, all young people with the right skills that are needed for these endeavors.
03:27A Catania at the center of great transformations, in which all the actors of the territory,
03:32starting from the administration, from the other local entities, up to entrepreneurs, to Ateneo and the armed forces,
03:38must do their part, but also a city that is proving to be able to attract great investments and innovative ideas.
03:45I am grateful to Gruppo Maire, because having identified Catania as a seat to settle,
03:50has given a further boost to the intentions of many entrepreneurs who want to settle in our territory.
03:57I believe that Catania is at the moment in a favourable position,
04:03which puts it at the top or at the top of the national rankings,
04:08because the ecosystem in the field of innovation and digitization is bringing more and more people to believe in the opportunities that open up in our territory.
04:21On the way to Verona, Giobbe orients the 33rd National Orientation Salon, School, Training and Work,
04:29for four days in the city of Scaligera, a large program of events, workshops and seminars dedicated to schools, students and families.
04:36The event, organized by the General Directions of the Ministry of Education and the various institutional partners,
04:42saw the participation of the President of the IMSS, Gabriele Fava, who presented the IMSS and MIM podcast,
04:49dedicated to young people, with whom it is emphasized the importance of adhering immediately to the providential system.
04:55It is an absolute priority in this new scenario and new representation of the IMSS,
05:00which wants to dialogue with all young people to be able to engage them, to be able to guide them in their future,
05:07because their future is ours, the future of the IMSS, ours of the country, ours of the sustainability of the system.
05:16The more contributors we will have, the more contributions we will have, the more we will be able to rebalance and make the pension system sustainable.
05:25This podcast, which is launched for the first time in our country, will lead us to dialogue with all young people in schools up to universities,
05:36to make them aware that it is important for young people, for all of them, to immediately start planning and planning their professional future,
05:48through the activation of the contributory layer, so regular work, away from the black work, away from the submerged work.
05:57For them, the system is very simple, because they will find themselves with a full contributor.
06:03What does it mean?
06:04TOT Contributi, TOT Pensione, that is, Salvadanaio.
06:08But it is important that they start right away.
06:11The first to start will be the best Salvadanaio, and this will be very important for them,
06:17also for another undeniable reason, that the IMSS will always be there and this Salvadanaio will always be paid for.
06:26The President of the Institute has therefore explained how the IMSS is committed to being closer and closer to the new generations.
06:33Through our presence throughout the territory, in schools, in universities, speaking the same language as the young people,
06:41and engaging them, in the sense of explaining what the IMSS is, explaining and making them understand the services they will receive from the IMSS.
06:51We are talking about about 440 social assistance and providential services.
06:57It is their best life partner, it is all welfare, so it is important that they can count on us,
07:04that they can rely on the Institute, which is a guarantee for them, because it will follow them for a lifetime,
07:11providing and customizing services according to the needs, the needs that will occur throughout the life cycle of the person.
07:22Fundamental for the sustainability of the precious national providential system is the increase of the occupational base.
07:28It is therefore crucial to explain to young people that they must take refuge in the black labor,
07:32so as to open their own providential account from the moment they enter the world of work.
07:42Gruppo FNM has presented in Milan the project Fili per il futuro delle città,
07:46a new urban metabolism with ecological and social networks,
07:49which, taking advantage of the potential of railway networks,
07:52proposes to create an integrated and multimodal mobility system that reduces the environmental impact and favors accessibility to services.
07:59Fili is a vision that starts from the railway, which is our job,
08:03to continue to invest, thanks to the funds of the Lombardy region, on iron and trains.
08:10The vision, however, raises the gaze and looks at stations as places not only of transit, but also a meeting place.
08:19We asked for the help of large firms of architecture to design the new stations
08:25and make the urban context a qualifying element of the stations.
08:30The project follows the vocation of Gruppo, always committed to mobility,
08:34and therefore to the creation of networks, physical, services and relationships.
08:38The Fili project is totally consistent with this type of vision, which is typical of Gruppo,
08:43which declines in a way that, in some ways, is certainly visionary,
08:48because it means thinking about a new metabolism that connects territories,
08:54making it around a transport infrastructure that will continue to function.
08:59The President of FNM Fulvio Caradonna intervened on the state of advancement of the project.
09:06They will now be on the eve of a race, on Bovisa,
09:12we are waiting for the last fillings, always of the character, let's say, so formal, and we leave.
09:24At its ninth edition, the Salone dei Pagamenti, in course in Milan until November 29,
09:29is set up as an opportunity for meeting and sharing that involves all actors in the payment sector,
09:34including students and public entities, and offers sessions and workshops
09:39that explore the emerging trends of the sector.
09:41Pago.pia is an institutional partner of the Kermes.
09:45Pago.pia has invested a lot in digital payments as a growth flywheel for all public services.
09:53Today, let's say, this initial intuition has actually turned out to be a success case,
10:00both at the Italian and international level.
10:03Since 2016, we have managed about 1.4 billion transactions for a total of about 300 billion transactions.
10:12We have 48 million, between citizens and companies,
10:15who use our platforms every year to pay due to the 20,000 public entities that are on board the platform.
10:24We are talking about central public administrations, local public administrations and public service managers.
10:31Obviously, this whole system is based on the collaboration of the public and private ecosystem,
10:39which invests a lot of resources every year to guarantee citizens and companies the opportunity to pay.
10:46And certainly, a fundamental fulcrum of this whole ecosystem is made up of our 412 payment service providers
10:55that we have had the opportunity to meet here at the Salone to share the state of the art,
11:02but above all to talk about all the future goals and innovation that we want to continue to bring to the market.
11:11Another of the important themes touched by Pago.pia is that of digital identity.
11:16We are here at the Salone dei Pagamenti and we have had many events
11:21where we have had the opportunity to give updates on digital identity.
11:25Pago.pia has recently launched a public wallet that allows citizens to register their documents inside it.
11:33At the moment, the driving license, health card and European disability card are available.
11:39In addition, we are working at the European level on the first cases of use that the digital entity uses.
11:44The wallet is integrated into the App.io, the public service app, which has already been downloaded more than 41 million times,
11:52and is used by citizens. At the moment, there are 6 million active citizens
11:56who interact with the public administration and the application itself every month.
12:00Many of the innovations that Pago.pia will bring in 2025, among them the Request-to-Pay functionality.
12:07Public administration payments will be the first case of use in Italy for Request-to-Pay
12:15and in the first quarter we will already release a first prototype available to banks.
12:22What happens with Request-to-Pay? Basically, a citizen and a company will be able to receive,
12:29in a completely digital way, a payment notification directly on the channels of their banks,
12:35in such a way as to be able to close the payment with a debt in account,
12:39rather than using other tools and methods offered by their bank.
12:46We are working in particular on the first cases of use.
12:48For citizens, we are focusing on Tari, on school services and on the payment of the car loan,
12:59while for companies we will start working from the sole property rate,
13:04rather than from the employment rate of the public sector.
13:08What is the role of the Request-to-Pay?
13:11A care load for almost 70% of Italian workers.
13:16Among them, 36% is responsible for minors, 46% is in charge of elderly or frail relatives
13:24and 30% takes care of minors in the family, such as grandchildren.
13:30These are some of the main results emerged from the first investigation by the National Observatory
13:34on the needs of welfare for workers in partnership with sociologist Elena Macchioni
13:43and with the contribution of the XE Research Institute, presented in the course of a talk by ADN Kronos.
13:49The Observatory was born on the initiative of Welfare Come Te
13:53and wants to be a permanent institution that observes the evolution of the needs of this particular category of workers,
14:01which is of interest to us because it seems to us to be the point at which some of the most significant elements
14:08of the demographic crisis of our country are concentrated.
14:11These are the people who will always have a lot of difficulty in conciliating the needs of care for their relatives
14:20with the work obligations, in a context in which we have been able to address,
14:26they have a hard time finding support and support outside the family network.
14:32Our goal is therefore to sensitize companies, but also political decision-makers,
14:37in order to intervene or to be proactive with respect to the problems that these workers face.
14:45Welfare Come Te, provider of corporate welfare and expression of social cooperation,
14:50assists many companies in the design of initiatives and services dedicated to caregivers and personal well-being.
14:56The goal is to bring the values and the quality of services that social cooperation has offered for 40-50 years
15:04in accreditation with the public welfare system within companies.
15:08This is because we believe that corporate welfare, today mainly based on the so-called Flexible Benefit model,
15:15is not enough to meet the emerging needs, in particular the needs of caregivers.
15:21We therefore offer companies projects, initiatives and measures that go from parenting
15:29to becoming parents of their own parents or to personal weaknesses.
15:37Civitavecchia is at the forefront of sustainability with the Life 3H project,
15:42which aims to develop the first port hydrogen valley in Italy.
15:46The initiative, co-financed by the European Union, involves the port of Laziale,
15:50the high plateau of the Rocche in Abruzzo and the city of Terni,
15:54and provides for the use of hydrogen as a strategic resource for the energy transition.
15:59In the workshop held at the Vespucci pier, the experimental phase of the project was presented,
16:04which involves the use of two hybrid hydrogen and electric buses for the port's public transport services
16:12and will be powered by a daily supply of 10 kg of hydrogen from the port of Civitavecchia.
16:19It is not only a project that is born from the public sphere and with funds to be lost,
16:25but that has found collaboration between private companies, port operators and the authority of the port system,
16:32which also acts as a link and as a coordinator of these express energy expenses.
16:39It must be done through small marginal increases that show us either
16:44feasible solutions or also solutions that seemed feasible and are not.
16:49We will discover it only by doing it.
16:51The refueling station, managed by the CFFT company, will become operational between February and April 2025.
16:59Through an agreement with Ansaldo Greentech,
17:01it is then planned to install an electrolyzer capable of producing 200 tons per year of green hydrogen.
17:08In this first phase, two hydrogen buses will be carried forward,
17:13which will provide a passenger service within the port of Civitavecchia.
17:18These buses will be supplied to the Hydrogen Valley of the Interport of Civitavecchia.
17:24We are building a Hydrogen Valley that aims to decarbonize the territory.
17:30Civitavecchia is thus positioned as a pioneering model for the sustainable future of Italian portuality.
17:39Filip Morris Italia and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry
17:45sign a new agreement in support of the Italian tobacco industry.
17:48The agreement extends until 2034 and provides for a total investment of up to 1 billion euros,
17:55marking a decade-long commitment in the sector.
17:59The company is committed to buying about half of the Italian tobacco production annually,
18:04strengthening its role as the largest private investor in the national tobacco industry.
18:10The project aims to support the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector,
18:14promoting good agricultural practices and work, as well as promoting innovation and development of skills.
18:21It is a renewal of previous agreements, so we do not invent them today,
18:25but they are now present for more than ten years in our country.
18:29It is a renewal of a branch agreement, which means buying 100% of the tobacco
18:35produced in Italy by Coldiretti, with an investment of over 1 billion euros,
18:42with a decade-long vision that allows a farmer to invest in his own company.
18:50Even long-term agreements in the industrial sector are fundamental.
18:55A decade is a long time to be able to plan.
18:58Even the Deputy Secretary, Patrizio Lapietra, praised the agreement,
19:02defining it as a reference point for the Italian agricultural sector
19:06and a key element to address global challenges.
19:09It is a truly historic signing, because protocols of this type,
19:12especially in terms of timing, have never been signed in this country.
19:17What does this mean?
19:18To be able to give a long-term vision to the system and to the sector,
19:23in this case of tobacco specifically, to allow our farmers to invest,
19:29to be able to plan, to have certainties.
19:31The agreement guarantees continuity and strategic planning for thousands of agricultural enterprises,
19:36with a direct impact on about 41,000 people, between agriculture, manufacturing and services.
19:42Today we are signing an agreement that has a forecast for the next ten years,
19:47but we are also convinced that there will still be many financial and economic initiatives
19:53that we will offer our country in terms of development, valuing the tobacco industry.
20:00With the support of tobacco regions such as Campania, Umbria, Veneto and Tuscany,
20:04the new agreement reaffirms the commitment of Philip Morris
20:08in supporting an integrated and sustainable industry capable of valuing Made in Italy.
20:18The Via Artigiani in Fiera has officially opened,
20:21one of the most anticipated events by everyone,
20:22scheduled until Sunday, December 8, from 10 am to 10.30 pm,
20:26with free admission to the Fiera Milano-Ro.
20:29This year, the most important international demonstration dedicated to craftsmanship
20:33has 2,800 exhibition stands from 90 countries in 8 pavilions.
20:39The news is a lot.
20:40First of all, there are 600 artisans, more than 2,800 present.
20:45There are new countries from all over the world.
20:47And then this contemporary inauguration between Saudi Arabia and Algeria
20:54to witness the universality in which in the center there are women, men,
20:59the person who creates and builds something good and beautiful to give to others.
21:04From clothing to design, from furniture to accessories, from jewelry to food,
21:09moving from products for health, well-being and free time,
21:12Artigiani in Fiera is an innovative square,
21:15born to enhance the beauty and value of arts and crafts,
21:18where you can make original, authentic and quality purchases,
21:21attentive to the industry and respectful of the environment.
21:24It is certainly a great demonstration,
21:27a great representation of the know-how of Lombardy and our country, Italy.
21:34And then the presence of many foreign countries.
21:38Here we are in the pavilion of Saudi Arabia,
21:42which clearly represents how this demonstration is the most important in the world.
21:52Two of the countries of the year,
21:53Algeria, which participates in Artigiani in Fiera with as many artisanal enterprises as over 30 in the female,
21:59and Saudi Arabia, which has set up its own pavilion of wonders.
22:03Saudi Arabia and the pavilion of Saudi Arabia participating this year as a guest of honor.
22:09We are here to show our traditions to the whole world
22:15and to give a platform to all our artisans so that they can show their work.
22:40Presented at the National Assembly of Anci, in Lingotto, Turin,
22:45the NOMISMA study on the socio-economic impact of Amazon's logistical investments in Italy,
22:51to assess the impacts on the territories determined by the activities of six Amazon distribution centers in Italy.
22:57Vercelli, Torrazza Piemonte, province of Turin,
23:00Novara, Castel Guglielmo San Bellino, province of Rovigo,
23:03Castel San Giovanni, province of Piacenza,
23:05Passo Corese, province of Rieti.
23:06Under the occupational profile,
23:08companies located in the Lmitrofi municipalities and Amazon distribution centers
23:12have seen a growth of 4.3% from 2021 to 2023,
23:17while businesses in the most remote municipalities have seen an increase of 3.8%.
23:22As for the impact on local economic fabric,
23:25at the same time, in the Lmitrofi municipalities and Amazon police stations,
23:28there is a growth of 23.5% compared to 19.2% marked by the most remote enterprises.
23:35Finally, the real estate market is more dynamic in the areas close to the Amazon police stations
23:39compared to the most remote ones, with a higher value than the IMI index.
23:43Without knowing the specific needs of the territory,
23:46we will not be able to achieve the important growth goals for us,
23:50but also for the communities and territories in which we operate.
23:55In the NOMISMA study,
23:57we put together six different geographical areas in which we are present,
24:03and this has confirmed the results we have obtained.
24:07So the impact is not only in the single territory,
24:10but it is a systemic impact and somehow certifies our contribution to the growth of the Italian economy.
24:16Fara in Sabina, province of Rieti,
24:18is the municipality in Italy where the economic impact
24:20borne by the revenues of the companies present on the territory is the highest,
24:24exceeding 40%.
24:25The Polo della Logistica di Passo Corese was born in 2017 with the Amazon's settlement,
24:32which was the first to settle in our territory
24:36and it was a strong theme of aggregation and development for all those
24:42who intended to follow the footsteps of Amazon,
24:45which was therefore a trigger for all commercial activities,
24:49especially in logistics,
24:51who chose to settle in our territory and imitate the virtuous example of Amazon.
24:58The 7th edition of SINERGIE, the event dedicated to agents, services and real estate technology,
25:03took place in Milan,
25:06calling on professionals and experts from all over Italy
25:10and offering a valuable opportunity to compare the main themes
25:14concerning real estate,
25:16from technological innovations that support the work of agents and consultants
25:20to emerging trends.
25:22However, the key to the event's 2024 edition is courage,
25:27the courage to change,
25:29the courage to leave some things behind,
25:31to embrace new technologies,
25:33to work on new methods,
25:35the courage to expand to others,
25:37therefore to adopt a certain inclusion towards young people,
25:41because in any case the real estate sector needs a greater perimeter,
25:47greater growth, greater perspective
25:49and therefore it is necessary to have courage in the small daily actions
25:53to write the future.
25:57Of courage and perseverance, Diego Caponigro,
25:59CEO of Regold by Idealista,
26:01has had as a testimony
26:03to his successful professional career.
26:05As far as I'm concerned,
26:07the early days were very, very hard,
26:09in a cellar, so to speak,
26:11for several years,
26:13until I raised so much,
26:15we can say,
26:17clamor in the sector,
26:19in my real estate sector,
26:22that someone noticed me,
26:24my company,
26:26and I officially joined
26:28about three years ago
26:30in a multinational,
26:32one of the most important in our sector,
26:34the most important in Southern Europe,
26:36and I can say that for 13 years
26:38in the digital real estate world
26:40we are still number one.
26:42It also requires courage to approach
26:44new technologies,
26:46including artificial intelligence.
26:48Today we are facing the challenge
26:50of changing with artificial intelligence,
26:52something that we still
26:54do not know well,
26:56we fear for some aspects,
26:58but I think it is worth
27:00riding because it can be
27:02a formidable tool
27:04to increase our ability
27:06to provide a better service to our customers
27:08and above all to bring our category,
27:10that of real estate agents,
27:12higher and higher.
27:14We at Remax, we give our all
27:16and of course we have an important
27:19laboratory at the international level
27:21precisely to understand
27:23where we are going,
27:25where the real estate agents are going
27:27with respect to the new technologies
27:29that are emerging.
27:48Amazon, the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security,
27:50Gilberto Picchetto Frattin,
27:52has visited the Operations

28:36and to learn
28:38about the new technologies
28:40that are emerging
28:42in the real estate sector
28:44as regards packaging.
28:46Amazon is also testing bio-based envelopes
28:48made from vegetable materials
28:50that can be recycled
28:52to make new envelopes
28:54developed from the Italian company Novamont
28:56and part of Versalis Eni Group.
28:58In 2024, Amazon has introduced

29:08I believe that this is a synergy
29:10I believe that this is a synergy
29:12companies like Amazon, which are highly innovative, which are very modern, which
29:19do internal research for innovation continuously, I believe they are the future.
29:26Italy is at the center of innovation and Amazon's experimentation,
29:30as demonstrated by this Innovation Lab.
29:33Here in Vercelli, it is a global lab, where a team of scientists,
29:37engineers from all over the world develop new technologies,
29:42in the field of robotics, mechatronics, artificial intelligence, machine learning,
29:47automated packaging machines, but also new materials and packaging,
29:52increasingly sustainable, which not only improve safety in the world of work,
29:58but also improve our environmental impact.
30:02A collaboration with a player of excellence like Amazon,
30:05which reaches millions of people around the world,
30:09is an extraordinary opportunity for us to make known
30:13the solutions for packaging in Mater B, and also a unique opportunity
30:18to test the effectiveness and the multiple recycling solutions,
30:23in the light of resource regeneration and also of certified environmental performance.
30:30At the visit and at the conference that followed,
30:32some of the main players in the sector and partners of Amazon were also present,
30:37in addition to Novamont, Comieco and the Cartagraphic Federation,
30:41the Netcom consortium, Grifal and EIS, the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability,
30:46which highlighted the importance of public-private dialogue
30:49to achieve European decarbonization goals,
30:52also through innovation in the packaging sector.
30:55In 2023, the revenues from CONAI's environmental contribution
30:58were equal to 718 million euros,
31:01which means that every euro of environmental contribution has a multiplier equal to 4.6
31:06in terms of value generated for the Italian economy.
31:09This shows how the use of second-use materials
31:12in exchange for virgin raw materials
31:14has significant repercussions on the Italian economic system.
31:17This is the main data emerged from the new Sustainability Agreement
31:21of the National Packaging Consortium, CONAI,
31:23which, as every year, quantifies the economic and environmental benefits
31:27of the recycling of packaging in Italy.
31:29The circular economy, in my opinion,
31:32will be the founding actor of the whole West and the whole world.
31:39Today we have an 18% circularity index,
31:44in Europe we are in second place,
31:46but considering the objectives we have on a general level,
31:50considering the world of packaging,
31:52packaging in Italy, packaging waste in Italy,
31:54today is 8% of the total waste,
31:57but we do a lot because 75% is already recycled,
32:02and this means raw material that is saved.
32:05What is shown in this integrated Sustainability Agreement
32:09is precisely the economic, social and environmental value of the circular economy,
32:14although limited to a sector of packaging waste,
32:18which is small compared to the others.
32:20So the invitation to what we should do, like all of us,
32:23is to turn to increasing the circularity of our economy.
32:27There is still a lot to do in many sectors.
32:30The new Sustainability Agreement, CONAI,
32:32clearly describes how the circular economy,
32:34applied to the correct management of packaging,
32:37represents a value for the entire national economy.
32:40When we talk about circular economy and when we talk about sustainability,
32:44our main task, as CONAI,
32:46is precisely to guarantee the correct achievement of environmental goals,
32:51and therefore of what are the positive outcomes for the environment,
32:55of properly managing, through reuse and recycling,
32:59the packaging that is used by our companies
33:02and by all of us in our daily lives.
33:04Well, we were able to calculate that in just 2023,
33:08thanks to the reuse and recycling of used packaging,
33:12it was possible to save a huge amount of CO2,
33:16equal to what would be consumed to make 8,000 flights around the world.
