00:19You know, let's see if these hot dogs have the stuff or are they just hot dogs that are just rough.

00:30And if you're like Darren Rough, they're going to get struck out.
00:34But I'm here to review them and decide.
00:38Are these hot dogs worthy to tank?
00:40Well, let's find out.
00:58Alright, Jake's Hot Dogs in the Rough.
01:13They have another member of the Vienna Beef Hall of Fame.
01:18And of course, they do have the traditional hot dog here.
01:23The poppy seed bun.
01:26They're kind of a jumbo dog, not the beef dogs that you see from Vienna.
01:38The bun-to-dog ratio is on point.
01:41But let's see if the hot dog is actually worthy to tank.
01:44And the bun is warm. That's good.
01:56Mmm.
02:15This hot dog is a single.
02:20And it's nothing to write home about.
02:24It's not really a great crunch. The bun tastes kind of stale.
02:33It definitely falls flat and far from expectations.
02:49Alright, now we've got the chili dog.
02:52And the first thing you notice, chili with beans.
02:57Chili with beans. And it's a sloppy mess.
03:00That's why you don't put beans on a chili dog.

03:19Nope.
03:23That hot dog, it tastes like something that came out of a can.
03:28It's got beans in it. It's sloppy. It doesn't hold together well.

03:38I'm starting to think that there's shenanigans with that.

03:54These hot dogs didn't cut it.
03:59And they might be in the Vienna Beef Hall of Fame.
