00:00The two suspects who are considered the Most Wanted of Calabar Zone have been arrested after several years of hiding from the law.

00:08This is the story of Denise Osorio.

00:13A 42-year-old man who is the No. 9 Most Wanted in Calabar Zone is facing 3 cases of Qualified Rape

00:22after being accused of raping his own minor child within 3 years.

00:28The investigation was conducted in 2019 and continued until 2023 where the victim was only 13 to 15 years old.

00:37He was arrested by the Binangonan Municipal Police after the victim's mother filed a complaint.

00:44It's only been reported lately.

00:55You know, when it comes to rape cases, there's fear, intimidation.
