00:23Judge noted that this technology had safety problems and could lead to driver inattention.
00:29Tesla vehicles included an autopilot software to enhance self-driving capabilities and sold

00:39Shareholders pointed out that Musk made around $39.4 billion from stock sales.
00:45The judge dismissed the lawsuit but allowed shareholders to revise it.
