00:00There's been a lot of wet weather that's led to some localised flooding across parts of the UK
00:05over the past few days. It is looking somewhat drier for the outlook but for Tuesday it will
00:11still be rather wet at times as well as windy across some eastern parts of England in particularly
00:16around areas of Lincolnshire, East Anglia and the southeast of England and a fair amount of
00:20cloud around as well across parts of the Midlands, northeast England down towards the southeast as
00:25well and some central parts. It will be windy around eastern coast too with gales likely
00:30especially early on. Elsewhere it's looking fine on Tuesday especially across Scotland and Northern
00:34Ireland, some good spells of sunshine and eventually dry and bright weather developing
00:38across parts of Wales and the West Country too where we're likely to see the highest temperatures
00:43still rather cool in parts of the east. Now Wednesday sees a much calmer situation develop
00:48but there's still the risk of cloudy skies, brisk winds and some showers on and off throughout the
00:53day across parts of East Anglia and the southeast but elsewhere across the UK there will be some
00:57good spells of sunshine as high pressure starts to build from the north so much calmer days
01:02expected overall across much of the UK on Wednesday.
