00:00Five former police officials who were involved in the investigation of the International Criminal Court of the Duterte Drug War were named in the hearing of the Quad Committee in the Chamber.

00:18Well, in the continuation of the hearing of the Quad Committee here in the Chamber, the two Filipino lawyers who were accredited by the International Criminal Court were present.

00:34They were asked about the update of the investigation of the ICC regarding the Umanoy extrajudicial killing and Pogo in the previous administration.

01:46The last name is Colonel Edilberto Leonardo.

01:50So two of those who are named as suspects in the document, well, as of now, it's unverified.

01:58In fact, the ICC is looking at a variety of actors, even regional, provincial, and city-level directors in charge of coordinating operations on the ground.
