00:08Next is the released temporary protection order of Davao Regional Trial Court.

00:12Jun Veneracion is on the case.

00:20The members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ are happy with the release of the temporary protection order from Davao Regional Trial Court.

00:27Based on the interpretation of their lawyers, the court is asking the police to leave inside and outside the KOJC compound.

00:34But according to the DILG and PNP,

00:36I don't know how they are celebrating but one thing is certain, they are not stopping the warrant. That is very dangerous.

00:46There is nothing to be worried about for now because what is included in the protection order is clear.

00:53The PNP will only remove the barricades as per the court's order.

00:59But the police will remain deployed in the KOJC compound

01:03to serve the warrant of arrest against Pastor Apolo Quibuloy and the accused.

01:08However, the DILG and PNP are asking for clarification from the court as per the issued order.

01:14The police operation to find Pastor Quibuloy is still ongoing.

01:19We will not stop implementing the warrant of arrest and hopefully, we will be close to our goal.

01:27According to the PNP, there are ready-made augmentation force from different regions

01:32so that the people deployed in the KOJC compound can rest.

01:37The Commission on Human Rights is reminding the PNP

01:40to exercise maximum tolerance while monitoring what is happening in the KOJC compound.

01:46KOJC members are advised to avoid hurting others.
