00:00The security advisers of the Philippines and America talked on the phone following the latest harassment of China in the West Philippine Sea.

00:08Mark Salazar was on the scene.

00:10National Security Adviser Eduardo Año said that his counterpart in America, National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, talked to him yesterday.

00:24They talked about the alleged illegal, aggressive and dangerous activities of the Air Force of China against our Air Force in Bajo Dimasinlok.

00:35The actions of the Chinese Coast Guard against us in Patag and Lawak Island, all in our West Philippine Sea, are also the same.

00:43On the same phone call, America gave us their ironclad commitment.

00:49Yesterday, the Chinese Embassy and the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced that America is aware of the issue.

00:56China immediately judged the shipwreck on Monday by the Philippine Coast Guard and China.

01:03According to the version of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the Philippines is to blame because it entered their territory in Xian Binjiao without permission.

01:14China also denied that America and others have no right to talk about the South China Sea and the West Philippine Sea.

01:22In a forum in Pasay earlier, the relationship between the Filipino-Chinese businessmen and the Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines, Huang Zilian, was calm.

01:33What they are talking about is a business partnership in the so-called Greater Bay Area of China in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau.

01:43Trade between the Greater Bay Area and ASEAN countries reached 1.4 trillion US dollars, accounting for 22.6% of the total foreign trade of the Greater Bay Area.

02:02This Bay Area will become, it is and will become the major engine of regional and world economic growth and there is a great potential.

02:17So we hope that we will work together to benefit from the development of this Greater Bay Area.

03:11They don't want to be disturbed, they don't want to fight. If you force them, they will be forced. But they will never be the first one to strike.
