00:00Three Chinese nationals have been arrested for selling illegal drugs online.

00:05They were charged with selling more than 7 million shabu.

00:14In this surveillance video of the undercover of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Group,

00:18the target of the Chinese nationals is showing how they convert the liquid shabu

00:23to the actual shabu that they are selling.

00:26When the money and drugs reached their destination,

00:28the police already arrested the suspect.

00:39The 26-year-old Chinese national who was arrested in the act of selling shabu

00:43was arrested in the Bibas Operation.

00:45He was charged with selling more than 7 million shabu

00:49that the syndicates are selling to their online parochials.

00:52It was also shown how the group avoids being caught while selling ketamine,

00:57kush, ecstasy, and other illegal drugs.

01:00We saw the so-called mobile kitchen type of the shabu laboratory.

01:25a male and a female Chinese nationals were allowed to pass by the operatives

01:29while selling undercovers of 500,000 pesos worth of shabu.

01:34They were accompanied by the first Chinese arrested.

01:36According to the police, all transactions are done through group chat and telegram

01:41to hide the illegal activity from the authorities.

01:44But the drugs that the group is selling are of different origin compared to the regular drugs.

01:49Based on the reports that we got,

01:51this is of lower quality.

01:56And we found out that the selling of the illegal drugs that we caught

02:03is lower than the actual value of the drugs in the market.

02:10In total, the value of the drugs is 8.1 million pesos.
