00:00It's a little chilly out here, I will say the temperature isn't quite 90 degrees, which
00:08I left Birmingham as the high today, so the weather in Montreal is going to be a little
00:14on the cooler side.
00:15We're supposed to get some rain tomorrow and Thursday, and then Friday, Saturday, Sunday
00:20are going to be gems of a day.
00:23It's kind of cool to look forward to fall golf in a way.
00:28Both of us living in southern states, and we can look at a calendar and it says September,
00:33but we can step outside and we still feel the humidity and the heat, and it's like,
00:36can we just get to the part of the year where the leaves change a little bit and it's a
00:39little cooler outside and you can enjoy your rounds?
00:42That's obviously going to be the case in Montreal this week, so it's going to be fun to see
00:45that on the TV.
00:48You kind of teed us up a little bit there on just players' vibe on site.
00:53We're going to get into more in-depth stuff, the course itself, some stats, things like

00:59You didn't see a ton of guys from the international team on site today.

01:07I literally didn't see anybody.

01:20I didn't see what hole, apparently he had another chili chunk in a thin over the green.

01:28Because that's where he was set up, that he was going to try some shots.
01:32I don't know what hole it was because I was just kind of scrolling through Twitter or
01:36X or whatever, and I saw the video and stopped on it and just pulled it up and flipped the
01:40audio on halfway through, and Randall Chamblee and Paul McGinley are just in tears, just
01:46crying, laughing.
01:48The chunk immediately followed by the blade, just amazing stuff from Johnson.
01:52He's a champ.
01:53Oh gosh.
01:54He was telling me that he got in the lake where he hit the shot yesterday, and he said
02:00because of the way the wind was blowing, that it was bringing all of the gunk in the lake
02:06to that little section in which he was hitting that shot out of the water from.
02:10He got in there, he says it was freezing and that it was real fluffy in there, but when
02:16he hit the shot, when he got out, there was a line, he said, that was like halfway up
02:22on his shinbone of just a gunk mark on his pants.
02:27He said it just was some nasty stuff in that pond there at the 14th, but it was epic.
02:33I mean, it's so funny watching live somebody screw up chipping or whatever it is.
02:41I think it's, it's one of the best things in golf right now is, is when Johnson gets
02:46a wedge in his hands, because I guarantee right now, if I got in the same spot, I mean,
02:51especially with bent like softer fairways, man, I wouldn't want to be hitting anything
02:57with spin on it.
02:58Like I didn't want to put it back and just, just do anything, but try to get one up in

03:04I just don't think I'm quite ready to hit flop flop shots and spinners on, on a one
03:09take basis.

03:15Even though both of you all have played PGA tour events in front of thousands of spectators
03:20on site and even more on television hits, it's a very different thing where it's like

03:27And like, and how you're out of rhythm.
