00:00We have come along to Tchoko to see an exhibition by a Palestinian photographer
00:05and hear his story.
00:14After seeing this moving display I wanted to speak with the photographer
00:19himself. I am a photographer, Palestinian photographer and filmmaker. I am
00:26here just to show the people the photo exhibition about the people of Masafariyatta.
00:31The idea of to bring the people here and the photo here is just to
00:37trying to sending the voice of the people of Masafariyatta to the people in
00:42Scotland. Some of the story like Haji Safa story, she's still living in the
00:47caves alone and because nobody in her family is still with her and she was
00:54every day we visit here he say I will die where I am born, I will die in the
01:01caves where I born. Even the settlers every night they attack the caves and
01:06they try to just let her going away from the home. I am really happy that the
01:15story is touching the heart of the people of Inverness.
