00:00Looking at the scene of devastation here this morning, what are your thoughts about what has happened?
00:09Well, it's just a tragic incident. My initial thoughts are, I'm glad nobody was hurt or injured.
00:17That very quickly followed on to, goodness me, what will the tenants do?
00:22My thoughts are with them and how they will manage in this period where clearly they can't get back into the building at this time.
00:32So, yeah, just devastated to see the impact of this incident.
00:38And what are your plans for the future for this site?
00:42My plans are to basically rebuild as soon as practically possible.
00:48The last week and a half we've been dealing with the police and insurance, loss adjusters, insurance companies.
00:54And the good news is that the insurance company have accepted our claim.
00:59So we've set the wheels in motion to appoint the professionals to have the place demolished once we get the site back, effectively from the police.
01:09And we'll go through the process of planning, etc. to have the building reinstated.
01:14The footprint of the building will be reinstated to where it previously was.
01:20And hoping that the tenants can get back as soon as practically possible.
01:25Are there any timescales?
01:28I don't have timescales other than as soon as possible.
01:33Obviously we're governed by various regulations, etc. and I suppose appointing contractors, etc.
01:40But that's all in hand in terms of progressing with that at the right time.
01:45So I've got every confidence in the process there.
