00:00The starting point is giving them the resources to do their job and making them feel as though
00:05they are able to drive the change that's needed. And you're right, at the moment you've got
00:11experienced nurses that are leading in record numbers and that means that even with new ones
00:17coming through that the numbers of frontline staff just aren't what they need to be. So that's as
00:24much about the staff as it is for me being able to hold the ministry accountable. It's also for
00:30the staff to be able to get their fair share of resources and put their hand up and say this is
00:34the areas we need to focus on. So I'm a big believer in accountability, I want to hold
00:39ministers accountable and that sharing of that data all the time is a big deal.
