00:10Look, ten years ago, I was down and out, right?

00:13I never ever thought I'd get my life together.

00:15I never ever thought I'd be able to rectify myself

00:17with what had happened to me

00:19and get myself back on my feet again.

00:21And then here I am, just over a decade later,

00:23picking up one of the biggest writing awards in television, yeah?

00:26Now, I don't mean that.

00:30I don't mean that to sound arrogant.

00:31I mean it as encouragement for anyone

00:33who's going through a difficult time right now to persevere, yeah?

00:36I don't know much about this life.

00:38I don't know why we're here, none of that.

00:40But I do know that nothing lasts forever.

00:41And no matter how bad it gets, it always gets better, yeah?

00:45So if you're struggling, keep going, keep going.

00:47And I promise you, things will be okay.
