00:00What's it like reuniting with the Baby Ranger cast at Emmys events like this one?
00:04I mean, yeah, it's just a surreal experience to even be here, so it's so nice to see everyone.
00:08We had a big panel last night with me, Richard, Narva, and Tom, and it's just amazing. I'm very
00:12proud to be part of the show, let alone be over here in Hollywood getting a chance to talk about
00:16it. Yeah, it's lovely. It was such an intense and emotional series for you. What was it like
00:21letting Martha go after filming ended? Was that hard to do? It's so funny because sometimes I
00:26used to hear interviews where actors used to say about letting the character go, and I'd be a bit
00:29like, get over yourselves. But no, with Martha, I was so fond of her as a character and also her
00:36and Donny's relationship that it did take me a while to shake it off because I'm very proud to
00:41be part of telling Richard's story. And so, yeah, I really missed it. But I also love being part of
00:46a team, so whenever I finish a job, I always miss the cast and the crew. And so I'm so pleased we
00:51get to have a kind of second life with it and get to talk about it here over with you guys.
00:55It's lovely. How would you say your life has changed since the show came out?
00:59Well, I hope I haven't changed too much, but I just would say I suppose it's a real privilege
01:04to be part of a show that is kind of making a difference and changing people's lives. And it's
01:09really amazing for me to be part of telling Richard's story and to even have chats with
01:14people over in the street over here who were coming up saying how much they love the show
01:17really means a lot. Yeah, it's great. What sort of responses have you gotten from fans of the show
01:21who maybe felt seen and represented by the series? Yeah, I don't think there's been any
01:27kind of show that's shown what happens in episode four the way that Richard told it.
01:30I think he was such a brave actor during that. And also, obviously, because he wrote the series as
01:35well. It's a really brave undertaking. So many people have come up and said how much that episode
01:39meant to them and changed their lives. So, you know, the fact that people feel seen for the
01:43first time is really important, I think. Yeah. And looking forward, what sort of roles do you
01:47want to take on next following all this Emmy recognition? Well, I think I've been a bit spoilt
01:52with Martha. I've been acting for 17 years now. So hopefully it won't take another 17 years for
01:58another kind of Martha part to come along. But I'm just excited to see what's next. Yeah. I feel
02:02very proud to be part of the show. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you for being here
02:06tonight. Thank you for coming over.
