00:21Usec, how are the road conditions in Manila?

00:25Is it easy to get floodwaters in some areas?

00:29So far, in our major roads, there is no flood.

00:34It only takes a while for some areas to get flooded,

00:36but once it stops, it's easy to get floodwaters.

00:39What are the areas that are prone to flooding?

00:44At the moment, there is not much flooding,

00:47although it is possible that it will decrease.

00:50It looks like there is a common road at University Avenue,

00:54which is only two inches deep.

00:57At Edza Corner-Ross Boulevard intersection,

01:04at Andrew Avenue-Almasori Street, northbound Pasay,

01:09in Sukat, it was eight inches earlier at 9.49 a.m.

01:17At SM Purview, it is not too deep and it is almost possible.
