00:00Oasis will be hoping that fans don't look back in anger when they tried to get tickets for their upcoming UK tour after a 15-year sabbatical.
00:11What actually happened when angered fans were waiting in long queues is many reported that they got accused of being bots and got to the back of the queue as well as others noted the surge in pricing.
00:24Now dynamic pricing is put in place by ticket companies but it is signed off by the artists and producers who set the prices which is what Ticketmaster is using in their defence in the sense that they didn't set the prices because some fans said that they were waiting in a queue for a ticket that may be just over £100 and then suddenly it went to over £300 which is called surge pricing.
00:50Oasis are yet to comment but there has been a huge backlash online but despite all that over 4 million tickets have been sold so therefore all the tour dates so far are sold out.
