Considering the recent surge in concert ticket prices and issues like hidden fees and dynamic pricing, what kind of consumer protection measures do you think should be implemented to ensure fairer pricing and transparency in the ticket market?

00:00I think it's terrible that prices are inflated to such a degree and there's a black market in this
00:06and it seems to be okay, it's not okay. I think people like Ed Sheeran have the manpower to have
00:18a group of people working with him to be able to sell tickets at the sale price.
00:22Just very frustrating if you go on the site, you're waiting there and then in the first few
00:27minutes they're all sold out and they're on other sites where they're more expensive or even worse
00:32than the Ticketmaster case where they're sold but they're not available. So look, the bands have got
00:38to make their money somehow but you'd want to see the money going to them rather than to touts I'd
00:42say. I'm not somebody personally who'd buy a ticket at hundreds and hundreds of pounds. I would,
00:48you know, I'd draw the line even if it was somebody I really, really liked because there is just a
00:53cut-off where, no, this is stupid. I think it's a real racket and I think there needs to be a limit on ticket prices.
