00:00Alhamdulillah, we are grateful to Allah SWT for this holy Friday.
00:08And in the name of the independence of the country,
00:11tomorrow, we will be able to go together to the land splitting meeting,
00:17Krian Integrated Green Industrial Park, or KIGIP.
00:23I am of course very proud,
00:28because we can prove the ability of PNB SD Guthrie
00:37to carry out a huge project,
00:41a new one for this region,
00:45the only green high-tech in Southeast Asia,
00:52means the future in terms of planning and implementation,
00:59and with a margin.
01:02So, I am proud of the decision that was welcomed so well,
01:07even though I understand that they are under tremendous pressure.
01:12Because I gave the date, I didn't ask first,
01:14I said, this date must go through a plan,
01:17this date must split the land.
01:20So, they fought day and night to finish it.
01:24Thank you also to the state government,
01:28because it was able to pass in a time that was sufficient,
01:31appropriate, with a sufficient public responsibility.
01:36So, it is not a waste for us to raise the salary of the public responsibility.
01:43The big investment will give benefits to the public.
01:46Now, this is an important thing for KIGIP.
01:49This is an industrial development project,
01:54one of the largest in our country,
01:57which is entirely controlled by PNB and SD Guthrie,
02:04one body of the earth,
02:07which is tested and known for its ability and capability.
02:11So, the test is not only for the country,
02:14but also for the management of the land,
02:18to be able to implement a new project.
02:21This is really a land of policy.
02:24If you scream, Malay, Malay, Malay,
02:26when it comes to graduation, no one will give it to the Malay.
02:29This is the difference.
02:31So, this is when I suggest KRIAN,
02:34and coincidentally there is a reason,
02:36that's why the members of the cabinet,
02:39whether Malay or Chinese or Indian,
02:42or from Sabah, Sarawak,
02:44they support because the land is Sam Dabi's land.
02:48It does not interfere with the lands of the villagers,
02:52or other Malay or Chinese or Indian businesses.
02:55So, almost all of the land is Sam Dabi Guthrie's,
03:01and can be built
03:04with a fast rate,
03:06which does not require the process of land acquisition,
03:10which of course will take time.
03:13So, when this can be done,
03:16Alhamdulillah, it can be accelerated,
03:18and we also have PERAK under the leadership of Syarani,
03:22which shows the firmness and seriousness
03:25in the implementation of projects that will help
03:28build the country and defend the fate of the people.
03:32We even have an agreement
03:34on how we can speed up the process
03:37of water supply and pipes,
03:40which is fast and with a more cost-effective.
03:44And I have asked for this to be implemented.
03:48We ask for a new Lepoh Raya network
03:56to enter this area.
03:58This is also in principle has been approved
04:01with additional requirements for the GIGIT project.
04:05This is the responsibility of the government,
04:09and others, I believe,
04:15can be recognized by the state government,
04:17and of course the company.
04:19Because I want this project,
04:21our pride project,
04:23the pride of Bumibu Putera,
04:25the pride of the Malaysian people,
04:28and a great example for the region of Southeast Asia.
04:37So, ladies and gentlemen,
04:39of course, the expansion is important.
04:42I ask MITI and MAIDA to continue to be proactive
04:45because this is a new project and initiative.
04:50If you look at the current world narrative,
04:53everyone is talking about green,
04:55green technology, green energy,
04:58green hydrogen, ammonia,
05:00replacing the traditional fuels used before.
05:05And this is something new,
05:08but if the project is implemented in the old system,
05:12I don't think it's fair.
05:15So, this project,
05:17we make any mistake,
05:19and we have proven with the presence of MITI Besar
05:23and the state government of Perak,
05:25to pass the record that has never been done before.
05:29It means, ladies and gentlemen,
05:32if we really have a decision,
05:36to carry it out with sincerity,
05:39and clean,
05:40we can pass it.
05:42When I see a lot of projects,
05:44this Kigip,
05:45runs with an impression,
05:46it makes me very happy.
05:49I see a lot in Krian,
05:52who would have thought Krian,
05:54Krian, if we,
05:57I'm from Bukit Petajang,
06:00I'm not from Krian,
06:02Krian is far away,
06:05it's a little remote,
06:08but not now.
06:10Now, with this project,
06:13Krian,
06:14the Krian area will appear
06:17as the main area
06:21from the point of view of industry and technology,
06:24green,
06:25in this year.
06:28And I believe, Krian,
06:31will benefit the people.
06:34That's why,
06:35I ask for the ecosystem supply chain,
06:39to be provided immediately,
06:41so that the people of Krian,
06:44are not marginalized.
06:46What is the use of building it,
06:48where the people themselves,
06:50are marginalized.
06:53Therefore, young people,
06:56since school,
06:58and the Krian training center,
07:00from now on,
07:01should be given the opportunity,
07:03and the space,
07:04as well as the priority,
07:06to be given training,
07:07to work,
07:09in this Kigip,
07:10and this is the responsibility of SDGatari,
07:12and PNB,
07:13to carry it out.
