02:34Only through economic success can you ensure better housing, better education,
02:42better health, better infrastructure for our people.
02:46And this is what we mean by inclusivity.
02:50A policy that helps to promote the growth of the economy,
02:56but a policy that is clearly concerned and caters for the welfare of the people.
