00:00Now, we are listening to the activity carried out by the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme
00:16Court of Justice, which issued the final judgment, unprecedented and historical for the country.
00:25I consider, as Attorney General of the Republic, that the final judgment must be complied with
00:32in all its parts, and it validates the electoral results issued by the only authority of the
00:39country, which is the National Electoral Council, in the terms already known.
00:45And among other things, it expresses clearly the remission of such a final judgment, in
00:56which, in one of its items, mentions a communique of the Prosecutor's Office that was related
01:08to the ongoing investigation, which we will inform in the upcoming hours, about the usurpation
01:19of functions and electoral crimes, conspiracy, among others, led by the ones who were planning
01:32to disregard the legitimate authority to issue the results of the National Electoral Council,
01:39and use the electoral theme to escalate the criminal terrorist actions, which has no peaceful
01:48character, and we denounced, we already denounced and processed and sentenced, that are in full
01:54process. And that's why, in parallel to those actions which are punishable, in which we noted
02:05the terrorist crimes led by the known comanditos, all of them were committing crimes. Those 27
02:19deaths, I have added two motorbike drivers who were crashing due to these hate crimes by these
02:36criminals. So, in parallel with this investigation, that we have arrested several criminals, we have
02:44been using all judicial resources and complying with that final judgment to advance and deepen
02:56those investigations that will have results, and we will announce it in due time. Thank you very much.
