00:31Meanwhile, Dr. Nina Gloriani, the President of the DOST Vaccine Development Expert Panel, said that there is a warning on the implementation of the national outbreak of dengue.

00:46So our epidemiology bureau is looking at our data over one year, five years. If it increases from one to two, the so-called standard deviations, the number of cases will increase.
