00:23to ensure comprehensive health insurance for Filipinos.

00:27This includes raising subsidies for breast cancer and dialysis by 30%

00:33from the previous 20%.

00:35The President also implemented reforms in PhilHealth

00:38as well as anti-fraud measures and strengthening digitalization.

00:43Because of this, the government saved Php 2 million

00:47by imprisoning trusted individuals who collect PhilHealth.
