00:07According to the National Task Force on the West Philippine Sea,
00:10BRP Bagacay and China Coast Guard vessel 21551 hit each other before 4 a.m. yesterday.
00:16According to the PCG, BRP Bagacay was hit twice and the railing was pierced.
00:22Some of its equipment was also damaged.
00:25However, China Coast Guard said in a messaging app that BRP Bagacay hit their ship on purpose.
