00:00A research vessel from China is continuously being monitored inside the West Philippine Sea.

00:06According to the Philippine Coast Guard,

00:08they were able to see the so-called boat that has an Irregular Automatic Identification System transmissions passing through the northern part of Sabina Shoal.

00:21It reached 11 nautical miles from Mapanas, Northern Samar.
