00:00A man was arrested in Antipolo, Rizal after the neighbor's dog bit him and hurt him.

00:05When the suspect was caught without a statement, he was taken to his house drunk.

00:24The 55-year-old man, who was arrested by the barangay of Santa Cruz, Antipolo City,

00:33was screaming while begging for mercy.

00:36The man was bitten by his neighbor and lost some of his teeth.

00:42According to the barangay,

00:44they heard rumors about a resident who was attacked by a drunk man on Saturday morning.

00:51We went there early in the morning and caught the suspect to bring him to the barangay.

00:56He was diagnosed with a drug test that he was positive for drugs.

01:01The man's complaint did not continue, but last night...

01:06The chairman called again and said he was missing from his house.
