00:05The suspect was heard screaming in the basement, so he went missing.

00:13In the middle of a busy road in Divisoria, Tondo, Manila on Sunday morning,

00:18the tension between two men seemed like a scene from a movie.

00:23The man in the blue T-shirt was chased by another man.

00:28He repeatedly dropped the motorcycle owned by the man in the blue T-shirt.

00:32The cause of the chaos was that the man in the blue T-shirt was heard screaming in the basement.

00:38The suspect was heard screaming in the basement of the motorcycle and jeep.

00:43That's when he started fighting with the motorists in Divisoria.

00:48He was like a ******.

00:51The jeep that I was driving was hit by a horn.

00:56I asked him if he wanted to hurry.

00:58He told me to put a kickstand and move aside.

01:00That's when he got angry.

01:02Then he chased me away.

01:05The police immediately responded, but it seems that the suspect was not found.

01:09The suspect even attempted to steal the police's gun.

01:13He also pushed another motorist, who was just about to put the motorcycle aside.

01:18Some motorists who were in the area were hit and kicked by the suspect.

01:24The man was later arrested.

01:26That's when he punched our police.
