00:19A man and six policemen were chasing the authorities in Santa Cruz, Manila

00:26when a 19-year-old woman was caught with a motorcycle.

00:31Based on the victim's statement to the police,

00:34he was to be taken to a pharmacy in Fugoso Street this Sunday

00:38when the carnapping took place.

00:40The victim left his key in the motorcycle.

00:45When he was about to enter, he remembered that he lost his key.

00:53the suspect quickly ran away.
