00:00Bad news again, the Christmas celebration of the residents of Barangay 18 in Caloocan was canceled due to the fire last night.

00:08But the good news is that the senior citizen who owns the burned house was saved.

00:18The residents of Tatampal Ali in Barangay 18, Caloocan were overjoyed when the fire suddenly broke out before they realized that it was just an early morning.

00:27The first alarm was raised by the Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:30Romy Sponde was in all four fire trucks, aside from the fire volunteers.

00:35Some firefighters were placed on the roof to bring water to the fire.

00:40The residents also helped.

00:42The fire was extinguished after more than 20 minutes.

00:45When I looked, there was smoke there.

00:47I looked at the senior citizen, he already had fire at the end.

00:51Then I shouted at the senior citizen,

00:53why didn't you come out? I said it's burning.

00:55Then they all ran away.

00:57All the people were shouting at them.

00:59It's burning, I said.

01:01The 84-year-old grandmother who owns the house was saved.

01:04She told us that she was about to sleep when the incident happened.

01:07She said that she was living there alone.

01:10I just woke up and there was a big fire.
