00:36In a CCTV footage of Santa Maria, Bulacan, a multi-purpose vehicle suddenly crashed into the intersection.

00:43The traffic enforcer, Salvador de la Cruz Jr., was injured.

00:49In a fit of anger, the traffic enforcer threw him into the hospital.

00:54In the initial investigation of the Santa Maria Traffic Management Office, the MPV driver from the trip came from Manila.
