00:15In the last round of the case of £190 million, the Islamabad High Court has stopped the trial court from making a final decision.
00:20And in the case of Audio Leaks, the Supreme Court has stopped the Islamabad High Court from further proceedings.
00:25In the case of 14 days judicial remand, the former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife have been arrested.
00:32Imran Khan had filed a request in the Islamabad High Court three days ago to stop the trial of £190 million case.
00:38Today, the Division Bench, consisting of Justice Mia Gulhassan Aurangzeb and Justice Babar Sattar,
00:42has agreed to the request with the objections of the Registrar's Office.
00:46During the hearing, Imran Khan's lawyer, Salman Sardar, said to the court that 35 witnesses have been referenced against Imran Khan.
00:52The last witness is being referred to the Prosecutor's Office.
00:55In this case, there are eight accused, six acquittals and two cases against husband and wife.

04:01On 29 May, Islamabad High Court issued a decision on the request of Bushra Bibi and Najm Saqib against Mubayana Audio Leaks.
04:08In this decision, Islamabad High Court issued an order to allow telecom companies to access the data of phone recordings and listeners and also to stop the use of it.
04:17Any form of surveillance of the citizens was declared illegal.
04:21The government challenged this decision in the Supreme Court.
04:24And in the leadership of Justice Ameenuddin Khan, two Rukni Bench closed the case.
04:27At the beginning of the closure, Justice Ameenuddin Khan questioned that has the High Court decided who is recording the audio?
04:34On this, the Additional Attorney General replied that it has not been decided yet.
04:38During the closing, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan remarked that unfortunately, no one wants to reach the truth in this country.
04:45To know the truth, an inquiry commission was formed and it was given a stay by the Supreme Court.
04:50The case of Audio Leaks has not been decided in the Supreme Court yet.
04:54When the Parliament tried to know the truth, it was also stopped.
04:57Neither will the Parliament be allowed to work, nor will the court.
05:00Then how will the truth be revealed?
05:02After that, the court accepted the appeals of the loyal government and issued notices to Najm Saqib and Bushra Bibi.
05:09The Supreme Court has issued an order that Islamabad High Court cannot proceed with the proceedings of the case related to Audio Leaks.
05:15The High Court does not have the right to take a notice.
05:18In the case of Audio Leaks, along with this important development, Bani PTI and Bushra Bibi have been sent to jail for judicial remand.
05:27During the closing of Adiala Jail, the High Court decided that Imran Khan has been included in the investigation.
