02:21It is assured that the cash incentives will still be accepted
02:25even for the Filipino Olympians who were not in the event.

02:36to refer them to the point person of the office of the President
02:40to claim.
02:41And if ever the athletes or the coach cannot claim personally,
02:46they need to submit an authorization letter and their IDs.
