01:20The police said that the victim's older brother

01:24was not able to afford what his mother was doing to his younger brother.

01:30We engaged the suspect and we also arrested the foreigners.

01:36His paroquians are foreigners.

01:38We were asked for initial payment of P1,000 in exchange for the pictures of the minor.

01:45And when the police arrested the suspect,

01:48he was asked for P10,000 in exchange for the videos of the minor.

01:54He admitted that he did those things and that he repented.
