00:19Taking care of his mental well-being is one of the things Carlos Yulo is focusing on

00:25for the Paris Olympics, according to his sports occupational therapist.

00:30I believe that having that part of the plan will reduce the stress of the athlete and the anxiety

00:39because he has an outlet, he has a friend in the process, which is really hard.

00:47And even though he was hooked in the international training camps, one of them cried.

00:52It was one of our priorities as well to preserve

00:55so that Mr. Yulo can optimize to peak performance up to the Olympics.

01:10EJ Oviena flew back to train for the competition that will be held next week.

01:17I'll keep doing my best. The season's not over.
