00:00A very happy gut warning everyone, today we are going to do a very simple yoga asana
00:13which will help you improve your gut health.
00:17So let's start with our first pose which is called Gab and Cow stretch.
00:21Along with your gut health, your spine is also very effective.
00:25In this pose, your hands should be below your shoulders and your knees should be below your hips.
00:32In this pose, we are going to do two movements of our spine.
00:35So you will go up while doing this pose.
00:38Pull up.
00:41And when you exhale, you will round your spine towards the inside.
00:48Do this pose at least 3-4 times.
00:52So let's move on to our second pose which is called Vajrasana.
00:56We also call it thunderbolt pose or diamond pose.
00:58For this, you can also use a prop.
01:01So let's do it together.
01:02Hold it for 3 times and inhale.
01:08Exhale.
01:11This brings us to the last pose which is Baal Asana or Child Pose.
01:15Again, it is a very effective pose and in fact, it is the best pose for stress relief.
