00:06we still have the earth, the ground, the prayer mat,

00:08places where we can prostrate ourselves before Allah.

00:12It's pointless to pray if you still commit sins.

00:15Really? No prayer is ever pointless.

00:19Because by praying, we reduce our sins.

00:22Each prayer diminishes our transgressions.

00:24That's why we should maintain our prayers.

00:27Keep praying even if we consider ourselves the most sinful of servants.

00:31Continue to pray even if we frequently stumble into wrongdoing.

00:35Never abandon prayer because prayer is the light that will continue to illuminate us.

00:40When it's dark, it guides us.

00:42When we are in difficulty, prayer brings relief.

00:45When there are no more shoulders to lean on,

00:47there's the earth, the ground, the prayer mat,

00:50a place where we can spread out and prostrate to Allah.

00:53When human reasoning fails us,

00:55when mathematical calculations no longer make sense,

00:58the only refuge is returning to Allah.
