00:00So we've got this event on today for around about 2,000 of our customers are coming along.

00:05It's summer holidays and kids really, you know, trying to keep them entertained. It can be really difficult for parents.

00:11So we decided to put the fun day on.

00:13It's loads of activities happening. So we've got face painting, bouncy castles, all sorts of different sports and

00:20we're basically trying to get some feedback about services that we provide in order to

00:28involve customers in producing our financial inclusion and well-being strategy.

00:33And what sort of feedback have you had? The feedback has been amazing so far.

00:38We've got customers who were saying they've never been to the Beacon before.

00:42They're amazed that everything that we've put on is free and that's thanks to our partners.

00:48Feedback's been fantastic. The kids are really enjoying it and we've got all sorts of other things happening as well, like free school uniforms,

00:55the bread and butter thing here, sign offs.

00:59We've got Regen here talking about their academy. So lots of things going on today.
